Discolored areas in the editor if hardware acceleration is enabled

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

• VS Code Version: 1.93.1 & Insiders 1.94.0-insider
• OS Version: macOS Sonoma 14.6.1

This issue is the same as in the following closed issue: #152816

Seemingly the only way to stop this from occurring is to disable hardware acceleration, but the closed ticket mentions this should have been fixed in 1.70.0.
