Add detecting version of installed ansible via vagrant provision.

Sometimes is possible that vagrant provisioning script will not install EPEL and ansible will be installed with wrong version. Would be nice to display info what version of ansible has been installed in some point - to allow avoid errors during run ansible.

So far ansible is not able detect version whehter playbook should be run or not. This can help avoid errors if wrong version is installed.
