Describe the bug

Sometimes, trying to switch from/to a fullscreen from/to a non-fullscreen window, you need to press CMD+TAB and then press TAB again in order to switch. The first selected window is always the window you're on.

When the issue starts happening, it's consistently showing the behaviour.

It doesn't happen between fullscreen windows.

Steps to reproduce the bug

  • Open a fullscreen window
  • Open a non-fullscreen window
  • try to switch between them: sometimes it works fine and consistently, but sometimes AltTab starts selecting the same window first

other useful info

I am using Magnet too; I was consistently experiencing the issue from 15 minutes, then I killed Magnet and the issue was gone. I then restarted Magnet, expecting the issue to come back, but it's working now. It may or may not be related, I can't tell.

Your environment

  • AltTab version: 6.72.0
  • macOS version: MacOS Sonoma 14.6.1
