[Request] 助手匯入功能

🥰 需求描述

由於服务端数据库版沒有 import assistant 管道，
在 1.28.0 版中有加入了匯出 json 的功能，
希望可以在數據庫版中新增一個匯入json內容到助手的功能！

🧐 解决方案

在助手的設定頁面中，新增一個 "匯入 JSON" 的功能，把 json 裡面的 prompt 及 topic 導入到該助手中！
