Let a static QR code point to an endpoint which lets users choose between BTC and LN payment

Endpoint owner will be able to set amount beforehand and cancel if necessary

Turns out it won't be necessary to choose between QR codes since lightning wallets understand bitcoin payment requests with lightning invoices appended
