It would be great if I could supply raw certificates and macaroons to Faraday, instead of paths to said certificates and macaroons. I know that this is handled by lndclient library, so I filed an issue for this there, with more motivation: lightninglabs/lndclient#29

Also filing this issue to get it on your issue tracker, if the issue in lndclient is fixed.
