Feature Request: support authentication for private repos in post-install-hook

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently post-intall-hooks don't support authentication with ImagePullSecrets.
We have a mirror repository which requires authentication since the post-install-hooks try to pull images without auth, installation fails.

Solution you'd like

Support authentication with ImagePullSecrets. Similar to pre-delete-hook.
