is this rpm avaiable for Photon OS?

@imranrazakhan we only have spec files for el7, el8, and sle (sles/microos). as is, however, the el8 rpm has been known to work on fedora installations. based on this, and a brief look at the vmware/photon repo (looks like they've borrowed policy from fedora) i would recommend giving the el8 rpm a try.
