Probrem on windows10 21H1 build 19043.1023

After running Windows Update, the taskbar display started to collapse.
It doesn't collapse when TClock is not running, so I think it's a problem with TClock.

I usually put the taskbar on the left, so I didn't notice it.
But I confirmed the same phenomenon when I put the taskbar on the bottom.

「ニュースと関心事項」を無効にすると発生する模様。
あと、なぜかWindows10 proでははっせいしないとのこと。
