Attempting to scroll on Chrome (Version 99.0.4844.83) browser on client machine.
What happened (include any debug output)
Chrome appears to get upset, and allows the page to scroll well past the boundaries which would normally see the content snap back.
What you expected to happen
Expected boundaries to be respected, and behaviour to be the same as using a mouse and keyboard directly on the client device.
Step-by-step reproduction instructions
Open any page in Chrome; use the server to scroll 'up.' White space will appear above the page being rendered. The same problem will occur if you scroll past the bottom of the page. On some pages, it will also allow scrolling left and right. It is possible for this to happen in such as way that you completely 'lose' the page content (and/or loose the ability to keep the page completely in view).
Environment information
Server (Mac with keyboard and pointing device)
Device: MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017)
macOS version: macOS Monterey 12.3
Teleport version: 1.3.5
Client (Mac being remotely controlled)
Device: iMac (27-inch, Late 2013)
macOS version: macOS Catalina 10.15.7
Teleport version: 1.3.5
