Autosuggest instrument name values

… guess at the instrument name based on file patterns. Works for KICK, SNARE, HATO, & HATC. Otherwise uses first 4 letters of file name.

Improved sample import

The shift key now works to extend a selection in the file opener (in kit editor)

New Kit and periodic table display in kits

More kit editing features working. Create empty kit file + way to view the sound params for each kit entry.

DR now with kit editing

Clicking on the wedge at the top of a kit opens the kit for editing. Clicking on a wedge next to a sample displays the sample as a waveform. More coming.
