I tried the AU of v0.4.4/v0.4.5 as well as the new release candidate in Logic Pro 10.6.1 and they pass validation.

Which version of VMPC2000XL are you using?

Are you able to start the standalone version of VMPC2000XL?

I found a bug in keyboard handling in Logic while testing. I created an issue for it here.
