Desired solution
IntelliJ allows definition of run configurations via xml file.
Those can then be easily used inside the IDE without the need to manually configure those.
To make development setup easier for new projects, we should include those configurations for both Backend and EAI

Later on, an additional solution could be researched for other IDEs like VSCode.
