Vermutlich wird das Frontend die CSV-Daten in einem bestimmten Format erwartet. aktuell besteht die übermittelte Datei aus einer Kopfzeile, gefolgt von den Daten. Es gibt drei Spalten: Name, Vorname, Nummer.

Diese Spalten sollten wir in der Rest-API abbilden.
