Add Tag When Creating a Note in Web Interface

It would be great if we could add tags when we are creating the note, instead of having to add them in the notes main menu for greater convenience. Sometimes we may forget to do it, and then the note could get a bit lost. If we could add the tag at the time of creation, it might be more convenient.
