3. CariCOOS
   1. We are currently working to align 3 datasets with Darwin Core and update the Puerto Rico Coral Reef Monitoring Program (PRCRMP) database (already in MBON since October 2020) with data from the ongoing 2021 monitoring cycle.
   2. U.S. Virgin Islands Territorial Coral Reef Monitoring Program (TCRMP) - Long-term (the early 2000s - present) monitoring of benthic and fish communities in the U.S. Virgin Islands, sponsored by NOAA CRCP and the University of Virgin Islands. We are finishing the first draft of all three event, occurrence, and measurements files.
   3. USVI and PR Mesophotic Coral Reef Characterizations - Characterization of mesophotic coral reef benthic and fish communities is key sites of Puerto Rico and USVI known to be important fish aggregation sites. The data in its native format was provided by the Caribbean Fisheries Management Council and the data collection is sponsored by NOAA Fisheries. We already compiled all event information and are working on the occurrence and measurements files.
   4. Fish Communities in Artificial Reefs of Puerto Rico - Characterization of fish assemblages associated with Puerto Rico's artificial reefs and their seasonality (2018-2019). This data was collected as part of an MS research thesis of the Department of Marine Sciences of the University of Puerto Rico focused on comparing fish abundance and biomass between natural and artificial reef habitats. Already have a draft event, occurrence, and measurement files. and currently are working on revising those.
