Blur out unread comic covers

Since upcoming comics might have spoilers, add an option to obscure the covers of upcoming comics.

Why not just an option to skip issues and jump straight into the first unread comic sorted by filename?

Not sure if there's an argument for it, but I've also figured that the ability to sort collections and issues by the date they were added (which is default) seems superfluous. At the very least, ordering by filename/unread I would think should be the default, instead of having to set it manually, especially for each collection.
