Option to disable page-turning via tapping

Since some users prefer to have control of double-tapping extend to the very edges of the screen, adding an option to disable the instant-tap for turning pages.

Alternatively, it might be more appropriate to add an option that makes page-turn-tapping lower priority than double-tap. The trade-off is that tapping to turn will no longer be instant.
