Protect against bad templating in Registry samples

Details

Numerous documentation samples have empty values due to template issues, or have test context template strings.

For example:

• https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/google/latest/docs/resources/gke_backup_restore_plan#example-usage---gkebackup-restoreplan-all-namespaces contains an empty string for deletion_protection
• https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/google/latest/docs/resources/data_loss_prevention_discovery_config refers to test contact values
  • Same w/ https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/google/latest/docs/resources/pubsub_subscription
• Other resources have blank names

We should identify and correct these kinds of issues, and prevent them in the future.
