Keyboard is not showing when the textview is active -iOS 8

Hi,

While I was testing my app in iOS 8 simulator i.e iPhone 6 & iPhone 6 plus , on tapping or editing the growing textview, the keyboard does not come up.

I did not understand what is the problem, but the same thing is working fine in iOS 7 & iOS 6 simulator.

If anybody is facing the same issue or fixed the issue please reply.

I think it is simulator bug. I have the same problem in many different apps. Some times keyboard appear, sometimes not.

Go to simulator menu Hardware -> Keyboard -> Toggle software keyboard. This way solved my problem.
