We currently have a single global css file. This should be broken up into specific files and changed into sass/less/whatever before this gets out of hand.

This is still an issue with our stylesheet. And not much has changed: https://github.com/cwruacm/acm.case.edu/commits/master/public/stylesheets/global.css
