我在用SDCycleScrollView的时候自定义了样式设置为垂直滚动跑马灯效果，我在初始化SDCycleScrollView对象的时候如何frame设置的宽高有浮点小数的时候会出现布局问题，导致刚刚开始创建的时候会出现两个item;第二个问题是我在修改完frame后，将SDCycleScrollView放在CollectionViewCell上的时候，上下滑动，当SDCycleScrollView的top跟顶部的top一直的时候会自动滚动到第一个数组，同事也会出现自定义样式内部有一定偏移的问题
