Add a test project to the repo

The project must be as easily as possible to test and to validate

• to prevent bugs
• to facilitate publication to the marketplace

Describe the solution you'd like

Ideally the test project would be in the same repo
Potentially using (if necessary) a mono repo framework like turborepo with the maven plugin
