Add support in ArubaOS-Switch and AOS-CX-Switch

Capirca currently does not support two ACL Syntaxes for Aruba switches, so it would be great if we could add them.

FYI these Aruba switches support policies rendered with Cisco target.
You may experience a few issues but it's still usable.

Well I had issues with comment syntax as explained here mainly: #299

Unfortunately it seems like this isn't very high on the to-do list. With Aruba's foothold in the market growing, hopefully someone can get this done.
