Setting up a offline server and allowing online to connect

I'm having trouble getting this going, I plan to have a pre-existing server switch to offline to allow cracked users to join as well as premiums. For some reason, with my setup while using AlixSystem, my bedrock players join in with inventory and where they left off but my java players are reset.

I don't want a complicated setup, I just want both cracked and premiums to be able to join with the addition of preventing users from stealing usernames.

I run an Anarchy server FYI.

Hopefully someone can assist me in understanding the problem or providing an answer to rest my case if this is possible or not. I really don't know what I'm doing lol.
