failure to create new tab elements when comma ends custom list #50

when there is a comma at the end of a custom team list in options and is left empty after, a new tab is not populated with elements

when looking at error for extension, the error has to do with the trying to load JSON. gives invalid JSON error (e.g. [341,]) is invalid

Rather than repeatedly making a random choice like in your PR, it would be best to just strip the commas.
