Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The current system does not support the functionality of assigning individual SLAs for different clients, which is critical for providing services tailored to each client's specific conditions.

Describe the solution you'd like

The proposed solution involves implementing functionality that allows assigning individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for each client. This will enable tailoring service conditions according to the specific needs and requirements of each client.

Key elements of the solution:

  1. Customizable SLAs: Introducing the ability to set individual SLA parameters, such as response time, task priority, and completion deadlines for different categories of clients.
  2. Flexible configuration: Administrators will be able to configure SLAs for clients manually or automatically based on predefined criteria.
  3. Monitoring and reporting: The system will track SLA performance in real-time, providing timely notifications of violations and enabling report generation for analysis.

This solution will improve the quality of customer service, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure the fulfillment of obligations to different clients within the framework of their individual agreements.
