Guys

I picked up a tildagon and a hexpansion board at EMF 2024 but unfortunately the hexpansion will not power up, I have traced this back to there being no ident pin to ground connection but am struggling to identify the ident pin (ironic huh) with any confidence.

https://tildagon.badge.emfcamp.org/hexpansions/creating-hexpansions/#connectors

Gives the pinout and which Top/Bottom side of the board, but omits a way to identify which way around (connector towards/away from the viewer) the board needs to be and which end to count from.

I would use the schematic and docs but the version of kicad with my distro refuses to work with the files as they are from a newer version of kicad. A PDF version of the Hexpansion and Tildagon schematics added to the repository and maybe similar for the PCB's would be really helpful for reference purposes and reduce the yak shaving when fixing/hacking existing boards.

Thanks for the work so far it is great to be moving towards re-usability.

I've marked the ident pin on this image with some silkscreen. Hope this helps!
