add a limit domian to avoid brodcast storms

Describe the feature

When we use service discovery， it can cause broadcast storm such as dds of ros2，which can generate undesirable communication links. Zenoh has key to distinguish between different links， I want to know if A and B have different key but has the same topic in a local network，will they create a path to occupy bandwidth? And in configuration file of zenoh ， it has a parameter ：interface，what is mean？
