Spatial Extension for iOS

Would it be possible to include the spatial extension as part of the standard static build of DuckDB, so that software that is written for iOS can also use it? (Apple does not allow code to be dynamically loaded and installed at runtime). If this were not in DuckDB's vision, would it at least be possible to separate the Excel import/export functions and include them in the standard build, just like CSV and JSON.
