The combination of using ref_next (#83) and the next-build ci job (https://github.com/duckdb/extension-template/blob/c30195b117d33664e8634a509fc19a8c28612492/.github/workflows/MainDistributionPipeline.yml#L15) of the template should be explained in the community extension documentation.

This is far from trivial and an important part of maintaining a stable community extension.
