Can't figure out how to specify S3 (destination) for uploaded files via the JSON config file

Hi! I'm just starting to play with sftpgo because it looks like the perfect solution (I need to receive uploaded files via http(s), ftp(s) and sftp, and store them in an S3 bucket). However, I can't figure out how to specify the destination (S3) bucket via the config JSON file: I was only able to add it via the admin UI. Can anyone point me to docs or example setting the S3 destination via the config? Or is it not possible for some reason? Many thanks!
