Add support for streaming services Livestream and Ustream.

As live streaming is becoming more popular, it may be worth considering adding support for services like Livestream and Ustream out of the box.

Hey Joe. There are no plans to add any new video vendors to the current list as we have a way to do this with the customSelector option.

@kenhowardpdx Sorry. I should have followed up. I told @joemcgill to file an issue requsting Ustream and Livestream, but that we wouldn't move on it until we have some kind of PowerPack of "approved" vendors with a "USE AT YOUR OWN RISK" sorta disclaimer.
