In the conversations I've had in the last week or so with prospective applicants for our open position, apprenticeship comes up a lot as far as talking about training / onboarding and overall opportunities for growth. It would be helpful for job applicants to have an explainer about what apprenticeship looks like, and it might even be a point of interest for current and future clients to know (along the lines of the explainer text we have about DataMade in scopes of work).
This document, which could end up being linked to in how-to or as a blog post, should be filled out by current developers primarily. I also think @hancush, being someone who has gone through the process of starting as a developer and becoming a partner, could have valuable insight to share, especially about apprenticeship from a Lead Developer's perspective.
