missing ms-dial path gives slightly non-intuitive missing msconvert error #74

Setting up a fresh installation of MS-AutoQC and missed the MS-DIAL installation path setting. Tried to start a run and couldn't due to missing MSConvert installation.

Looked all over for 'MSConvert' in the settings and couldn't find anything, should change error to point user to MS-DIAL installation path instead.

Yeah, seems like this is an issue with the validation function.

The function gets the username from the MS-DIAL path and uses it to access C:\<username>\AppData. The MS-DIAL folder not being provided means that the MSConvert folder could not be found.
