Whether you expand or break up the current ReadMe or not via #29, a GitHub page might make this more legible to others. See http://theunitedstates.io/ (and the licensing doc within) as one of many examples.

+1: another good example is @tcmw's www.MapSchool.io, which is a single MD file as well, and uses Jekyll to do simple GHPages.

@bensheldon and I are discussing this and it seems like he can take care of this with Middleman. (And Travis-CI can do an automatic build for GH Pages with each new push to master.)
