There is an upstream fix for the integration (ckeditor/ckeditor4#4463 which should solve #114) waiting for major release of CKEditor4. Sometimes there can also be other useful bugfixes and features. They are all accessible now through the nightly build (https://nightly.ckeditor.com/), but it isn't obvious how to get the latest version (it's in https://nightly.ckeditor.com/latest/standard/ckeditor/ckeditor.js). We could add handling editorUrl='nightly' to increase the discoverability of such solution.
