Installation issues

I have only very basic computer skills, so I tried to follow the ReadMe to install the Graphical App.
However, at the point where I am supposed to setup Pytorch I get the following error message:

ERROR: No matching distribution found for torch==1.8.1

What to do?

Also would somebody be willing to update the installation instructions to make them even more beginner friendly, e.g. by providing a step-by-step with screenshots or a video?
