Add documentation for the netherite mining turtles

As the title suggests, the netherite mining turtles could use some documentation. As far as I can tell, they are identical to the other mining turtles. Are there any plans to expand on this feature in the future? If not, this could be a one-liner in the turtle api (provided this is used to generate the docs).

We have zero clue when the hell Nethite Turtles got added into the mod (somewhere between 1.16 and 1.17 iirc) but I have not found the exact commit where they were added

They were an accidental feature that no one has ever actually removed yet lol!

The first thought I had was to make the turtle enchantable. It would potentially be op but allow for some cool contraptions involving silk touch.

Ooh. Now while that would be cool, currently turtle peripherals cannot hold nbt... Hmm

@SquidDev what do you think? About time CC gets NBT peripherals?
