I want to test the performance of PSI-coffee on my own computer. However, it said "couldn't find BLAST templates". Thanks.

I had something similar and it was due perl5 path.
I fixed it having my env perl-path before tcoffee's perl-path
ENV PERL5LIB '/usr/share/perl5:/tcoffee/perl/lib/perl5'
