As per the DX assessment,

the Glossary is not very widely available. We should promote it to the top nav bar to enable it to be accessed at any time.
Tutorials are hard to find
Quickstart neds to be more immediately visible
The Search is confusing because it returns results from elsewhere in the dev Portal
Reinstate the Search bar and remove the Dev Portal header.
