Controls two outputs with programmable timers
Has two inputs to history operation timer and number os starts. Block new starts when max reached is not implemented.
Wifi and server is started by digital input pin 21. After no stations connected, webserver is stopped and wifi turned off.
Sleep modes not implemented. Webserver Password in plaintext
