Specific item tracking

Basically when you try to select specific items from the list to monitor it only allows you to choose specific ones. For example I was killing green dragons and they drop green dragon hide and dragon bones. I was able to select the green dragon hide as it was the first on the list but unable to choose dragon bones. I was however able to select the food I was consuming but only from the lower portion of the menu where it has the countdown for how long it will last, not the list where it says how many are being consumed per sec/min etc.
