Hi, reading the WGD readme I read that the 6F adjustment metadata matrices are available upon request.

Could someone please provide me with that file for hg19?

I would like to annotate my WGS with dosage bias score

Hi, the README must be outdated. We don't recommend or support the 6F correction and haven't since 2018. Apologies for the confusion!
