platform B lifecycle integration

In addition to the events implementation (see #9), there are other expectations of a platform B function, such as initial registration with the host. The platform B adapter will therefore need to also communicate with the host on instantiation, performing any handshake necessary to register itself as the running worker, with the function process (expected to be started or starting on a well-known local port) to be the implementation, essentially decorated by Grid.
