Steps to reproduce

enter the password dialog in any way, e.g. to set up encryption, or to encrypt an export.
then try to insert a password from the password manager.

What do you expect to happen?

password is filled into both fields.

What happens instead?

when you let the password manager generate a new password, it just drops back to the start.
when you manually add an entry to the manager and then select it here, it will fill in the password field, but it apparently doesn't recognize the confirmation field as such, as it suggests generating a new password for that.
