Version on PyPi is outdated

Whereas the last commit in this repo was just a month ago, the latest release at PyPI is from 2018. When will a new release published on PyPi?

While PyPI has 3.5, the changelog on GH denotes 3.4.2 as last version. The last tag here is 3.5 as well. With more than 100 commits since then, it may be time for a new release?
