Extents test to cover python 3.13

Currently only the RC is available. Will wait until 1.10.2024.

python3.13 is available, but current pip version of RDKit (2024.3.5) seems not to work. Waiting for release of newest version of RDKit (2024.9.1, kuelumbus/rdkit-pypi#116).
