Add documentation for Fabric mod version

Hello! I've added Minecord to our server as a potential replacement for the Discord Integration mod. However, I can't find any tutorials or documentation for how to install and configure the Fabric mod (there are tutorials available, but I've only been able to find ones for the plugin version, which doesn't seem to follow the same procedure as the Fabric version). As a result, I can't figure out how to set up the mod.

Describe the solution you'd like.

It would be helpful if there were a wiki page or instructions in the mod description that walked users through implementing the mod version. If something like this already exists, maybe a link would be helpful, but I've looked everywhere I could think of and haven't been able to find it.
