project run time not initializing

I am able to login in the Saggemaker profile but not able to open a project (no able to initialize the jupyter notebook. it just shows "Preparing project runtime" indefinitely.

I can not delete the account as I want some code which I have not downloaded from there.

Is there any solution available?

Desktop (please complete the following information):
I have tried it on SAFARI, CHROME and FIREFOX. It is same in all browsers
I have tried changing the password but still facing the same issue

Nvm, edited, my account is seemingly locked for some reason as no matter what runtime I try...
